Vacancy: Personal Supervisor – Positive Mind Autism Coach (PMAC)

Due to the rapid growth of the Autism Expertise Center (AECSU), we are immediately looking to strengthen our team with an enthusiastic and committed Personal Supervisor / Positive Mind Autism Coach (PMAC) for our locations in Amsterdam and Antwerp.

As a Personal Supervisor (PMAC) at the Autism Expertise Center (AECSU), you work with a diverse group of clients with autism. You work according to the Positive Mind Method and contribute to personalised guidance based on strength, development, and positive thinking. You are able to convey this approach clearly and with enthusiasm to both clients and colleagues.

You are also responsible for accurate, timely, and complete administration, registration, and reporting.

Job requirements

  • Completed HBO-level education in Social Work or a related field
  • Or completed MBO-level education in a relevant target group specialisation, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ambition to work with autism and the Positive Mind Method


Employment conditions

Our employment conditions are in accordance with the CAO GGZ.

  • The position initially concerns at least 8 hours per week (more or fewer hours can be discussed)
  • You will be trained through our Autism Academy with an SKJ-accredited training programme as a Positive Mind Autism Coach (PMAC)
  • Employment type: self-employed or salaried position

Vacancy: GZ Psychologist

Due to the rapid growth of the Autism Expertise Center (AECSU), we are immediately looking to strengthen our team with an enthusiastic and committed GZ Psychologist for our Amsterdam location, who will take on an active role as treatment coordinator.

As a GZ Psychologist, you are responsible for coordinating outpatient day treatment programmes and individual outpatient treatment trajectories.

You work with a diverse group of adult clients with autism. For each client, a personalised and tailored treatment plan is developed in line with the Positive Mind Method. You contribute to a strengths-based, positive approach and are able to communicate this clearly and effectively to both clients and colleagues.

You also conduct intake assessments, screening interviews, and evaluations. In addition, you are responsible for accurate, timely, and complete documentation and reporting. You provide supervision and work guidance where necessary.

AECSU is a developing organisation, where continuous improvement and innovation are central to our vision. As a GZ Psychologist, you will play an important role in further developing and shaping our specialised treatment programmes.
