Autism Expertise Center (AECSU) aims to empower children, young people, and adults with autism to reach their full potential. We work according to the Positive Mind Method (PMM), which focuses on talents, strengths, and personal interests.
Our Positive Mind Autism Coaches (PMAC), psychologists, and social workers are all trained in applying the Positive Mind Method. A positive, strength-based approach is always our priority. From this perspective, we also support areas that may be more challenging.
We tailor our support to individual care needs, whether you are experiencing a stable period or a more challenging phase in life. The Positive Mind Autism Coach (PMAC) can provide support at home, at school, or at work.
In a practical and goal-oriented way, we work together to strengthen self-reliance and self-direction. Together, we focus on your place and participation in society. Our PMAC professionals also provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers in the specialized support process where needed.
