"Never forget that you are unique just like everyone else!" quote from the book "a positive view on autism".
Psycho-education from the book "my autism and talents". Psycho-education is a method with the aim of explaining to children/young people or adults with autism what autism means and what the possibilities are that go with it. The intention is to achieve that people with autism will understand themselves better and will experience that autism also has its positive sides. Dr. Sebiha Unal has published a psycho-education book with the method from positive psychology based on her developed methodology (Positive Mind). Within our Autism Expertise Center (AECSU), the independent Positive Mind Autism Coaches (PMAC) trained by our Autism Academy (AASU) work from this vision in which the emphasis is on talents and interests.
